This means immense opportunity for future careers and learning, but also an increased need to ensure our people are well-equipped to get involved.

We believe to effectively support growth opportunities in the tech sector, it needs a community-centric approach that bridges transitional gaps between individuals, education, industry and government, while upholding the hauora (wellbeing) of potential Contributors.

'Kupenga' is a pilot Te Ao Māori mentoring initiative we're developing to make it easier for our people to contribute to Open Source and position Aotearoa in the future of Cloud.
